Return and Exchange Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to the Belonirto online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By placing an order and receiving your products from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy. This policy applies exclusively to online purchases.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the conditions outlined in this policy are met. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  • No-reason return or exchange (the product must be unused, in good condition, and suitable for resale)

To ensure proper processing, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and included items intact.

3. Unified Return & Exchange Process

Both return and exchange requests follow the same procedure:

  • Please contact us via email or telephone to submit your request, providing your order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos

  • Our customer service team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and confirm the return arrangement

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it matches the reported condition:

    • For returns, we will proceed with a refund

5. Cost Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to appearance defects, quality issues, noticeable odor, severe color difference, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us

  • For no-reason returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost must be covered by you
