These Shipping Terms apply to the Belonirto online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By placing an order on our website and selecting delivery services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Shipping Terms. These terms apply exclusively to online orders.
1. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery to locations outside the United Kingdom is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Our shipping fee structure is as follows:

Orders with a total value of £70 or more (including £70) qualify for free shipping.

Orders with a total value below £70 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £8.99.
All shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Taxes
Product prices and shipping fees shown on the order page are calculated in accordance with applicable requirements.
If taxes are not listed as a separate item, this means that the relevant taxes are already included in the total order amount, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order processing schedule follows 9:00 – 18:00:

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will have their processing time counted from the same day

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next working day

Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next working day
5. Order Processing Time
After order confirmation, all orders enter the processing stage.
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, after which the order will be dispatched.
6. Transit Time
Once shipped, the estimated total transit time is 5–10 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics arrangements and delivery locations.

We select an appropriate carrier based on the order and delivery requirements. Deliveries are completed by one of the following commonly used UK carriers:

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details will be your responsibility.

Upon delivery, please check the package condition carefully. If the outer packaging shows any abnormalities, it is recommended to record the issue and contact us immediately. Signing for the package indicates acceptance of the external condition.
