We work only with selected carriers, such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.
Orders with a total value of £70 or more (including £70) qualify for free shipping.Orders with a total value below £70 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £8.99.All prices shown on the website are final prices and do not include any hidden fees.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by contacting customer support within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may apply for a return after receiving the goods in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 40 days from the date of receipt. Acceptable reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:
